Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION NOTICE

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.


CANCELLATION FEE

If you fail to notify us within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply.

We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any extenuating circumstances. Please communicate with us directly if you have special considerations.


NO-SHOWS

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service.
